dELIVERING AT HOME OSTEOPATHY CARE TO mT GAMBIER
Jack Aitken Osteopathy uses manual therapy and exercise to help patients reduce pain, improve mobility and build strength. Get the best out of your body, whatever your age or fitness level
What we provide
We provide at home osteopathy visits with a convenient and personalized approach to healthcare, allowing patients to receive professional treatment in the comfort of their own environment. For people with limited mobility, chronic pain, busy schedules, or unavailable transport, home visits remove the stress and difficulty of travelling to a clinic. Osteopaths can also gain a better understanding of a patient’s daily movements, posture, and living conditions, helping them tailor treatment and advice more effectively. Whether supporting elderly patients, athletes recovering from injury, or individuals managing ongoing discomfort, at-home osteopathy offers flexible, compassionate care that priorities comfort, accessibility, and overall well being. We provide a patient centered approach that is individualized to the patients needs.
Osteopaths treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions by focusing on how the body’s muscles, joints, nerves, and connective tissues work together. Treatment may help relieve back and neck pain, headaches, sports injuries, joint stiffness, postural strain, sciatica, shoulder pain, hip and knee discomfort, and mobility issues. Osteopathy can also support recovery from everyday aches and pains, work-related tension, and chronic movement restrictions, using gentle hands-on techniques tailored to each individual in the comfort of their own home.
Meet your osteopath: Jack Aitken
Jack Aitken is a qualified osteopath based in Hamilton, Victoria, proudly serving the Western District community where he was born and raised. After completing his osteopathy studies at RMIT University in 2020, Jack returned home with a passion for providing high-quality, personalised healthcare to regional communities. Jack takes a modern, evidence-based approach to treatment, focusing on understanding each patient’s individual needs and goals. He works with a wide range of patients including farmers, athletes, older adults, and people experiencing chronic pain, injuries, or mobility concerns. His aim is to help patients move better, feel stronger, and improve their overall quality of life through hands-on treatment and tailored management plans.
Outside the clinic, Jack is an enthusiastic road cyclist who has competed in both regional and international events. Growing up on a family farm and experiencing his own sporting injuries has given him a strong understanding of the physical demands placed on the body. Influenced by his mother’s career as a respected physiotherapist, Jack developed an early appreciation for compassionate, patient-focused care. Patients value Jack’s approachable nature, attention to detail, and the genuine one-on-one care he provides through his independent practice.
